		<title>Assistant Customer Support Team Leader (United Kingdom)</title>
		<description>Job Purpose:&lt;br/&gt;To assist and deputise for the Customer Support team Leader in ensuring an efficient and effective order processing function is provided to the three divisions whilst coordinating the sales administration process from the receipt of the order to the delivery of the goods for all designated customer orders.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;br/&gt;To input, coordinate and monitor the progress of all new standard unit orders through to final despatch and invoice. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;To input, coordinate and monitor the progress of all spare part and accessory orders for Distributors through to final despatch and invoice. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;To input, coordinate and monitor the progress of all export orders through to final despatch and invoice, liasing with the local export company for special documentation to enable delivery. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;To respond to requests for quotations for standard parts equipment, to include part numbers, dimensions and weights, as well as costs (including discount) and carriage. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;To answer customer telephone queries with respect to prices, deliveries, and invoices. Also to collate any other information required by the customer or sales engineers related to orders, deliveries and prices. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;To regularly liaise with internal departments and service branches to expedite customer orders on time.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;To regularly liaise with the Customer Support Team Manager to highlight and resolve any potential problems.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;To investigate any problems and take appropriate action including arranging the return of faulty or damaged items and the arranging of credit notes.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Provide customer support for ACConnect or similar.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Early EDI error processing on a rota basis with the rest of the team.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;To maintain the article File Integrity &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Assist and deputise for the customer support team leader to ensure the smooth running of the department in the following areas.&lt;br/&gt;
	&lt;br/&gt;- Provide a daily review of outstanding orders and local management of company sales order system&lt;br/&gt;- Ensure all orders over 2 months old booked by CST are still valid and genuine orders received&lt;br/&gt;- Management of related credit queries and maintenance of order archive for inland revenue reasons ( 7 years)&lt;br/&gt;- Provide a proactive approach to customer care program&lt;br/&gt;- BPCS System – maintaining Item Master integrity, customer discount codes, EDI inbound processing&lt;br/&gt;- Workshop activities – raising of orders for work returns to stock and responsibility for CST&#039;s work in progress&lt;br/&gt;- Warehouse activities – production of surplus stock returns and ensuring credits are received, hemel stock check, timing, procedures, accuracy, input of data, responsible for sales stock, management of demo stock, annual scrap exercise, decision, obsolescent and provide audit trail for stock checks/scrap/write offs&lt;br/&gt;- Airpower activities –provide monthly reporting of stock and orders processed, &lt;br/&gt;- To undertake ad-hoc projects as required</description>

		<description>To take responsibility for planning the day to day work schedules, ensuring that all planned service requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Key responsibilities and accountabilities:&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;To administer the forward planning of all open orders, ensuring that the department service requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;To support the Regional Service Manager and to set the Engineers work schedules in order to maximise efficiency and minimise WIP.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;To ensure the orders are correctly allocated and released to the engineer before the visit date.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Ensure all parts are available, delivered direct to customer sites prior to the engineers visit date, and that all returns are correctly reported and returned.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;To liaise with customers by phone or e-mail to arrange and confirm the service visits, and ensure they are fully aware of the work and the date the work is to be carried out.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;To monitor and record the progress of all customer orders to ensure work is fully completed, and any additional work is planned and completed in a timely fashion.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;To maintain all orders and the SAP planning board, to ensure all work is correctly allocated, so that quality reports can be gathered via SAP reporting facilities.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;To regularly liaise with the Field Service Engineers, internal departments and other Service Centres to expedite customer requests.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;To ensure the provision of “on-call” support as and when required in conjunction with the Regional Service Manager.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;To regularly liaise with the Regional Service Manager in order to highlight and resolve any operational / planning problems in an effective and efficient manner.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;To collate information from the Field Service Engineers in order to accurately record and maintain customer records and information.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;To work closely with the Engineers, Capital Sales, Regional Service Manager and Aftermarket Sales Engineers to ensure that all opportunities / quotations are correctly processed to ensure the team maximise the potential development and growth within the Region&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;To undertake ad-hoc project work as and when required.&lt;br/&gt;</description>
